Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase date, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, within specifications, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement by e-mail info@womagestic.org.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN/REFUND

For all return/refund requests please write to us at info@womagestic.org. Follow the following steps.

STEP 1: Email return/refund request to info@womagestic.org.

STEP 2: Find your order number. Include it on the subject line.

STEP 3: Include Item number and product description in email.

STEP 4: Attach receipt of purchase

STEP 5: Please indicate the reason for return. If there is a damaged product please send a picture of the damaged item (with-in 10 days of shipping).

STEP 6: We will be replying to your return request with return instructions. If eligible, we will email you a free shipping label to print. Depending on the return item, shipping fee and restocking fees may apply.

STEP 7: Tape the shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your local post office.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned items. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for returns:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • Your items were purchased in the last 30 days
  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

The following goods cannot be and/or are exempt from being returned:

  • Gift cards 
  • Downloadable software products 
  • The supply of items made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of items which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example items which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of items which are not suitable for return due to safety or health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of items which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
  • We also do not accept products that are hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Depending on the financial institution, we will confirm the estimated time.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@womagestic.org and send your item to: 10004 104 Avenue NW, Unit 1105, Edmonton, AB, T5J0K1.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. To return your product, you should mail your product to: 10004 104 Avenue NW, Unit 1105, Edmonton, AB, T5J0K1.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Therefore, especially if you are returning more expensive items, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
